Revora, a Saudi AI e-commerce startup, secured $2 million in seed funding on June 25, 2026, bringing its total capital raised to $2.5 million, according to WAYA Media. The round was co-led by i2i Ventures and Oraseya Capital with participation from Anchorless Bangladesh, Conjunction Capital, F6 Ventures, Hi2 Global, Orbit Startups and several angel investors. The Saudi startup, which rebranded from MyAlice, plans to use the capital to grow its merchant network and enhance its artificial intelligence tools for sales, marketing and customer service.
The funding participants also included angel investor Salman Butt, co-founder of Salla, along with operators from Bolt, Mubadala and EY, a Wamda report stated. Revora said the proceeds will primarily support expansion in Saudi Arabia, identified as its largest and fastest-growing market. The company is shifting from a customer support focus to a full AI operating platform for retailers.
Founded in 2021 by Shuvo Rahman and Daniyal Baig, Revora delivers an AI-native platform that deploys agents across WhatsApp, Instagram and merchant websites. These agents manage customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, recover abandoned shopping carts and turn conversations into completed purchases. The system also automates marketing campaigns and integrates sales, service and marketing functions into one interface, the company stated.
P&S Market Research data places the Saudi Arabian e-commerce market at an estimated $16.3 billion in 2025, with projected annual growth of 12.3 percent to reach $36.6 billion by 2032. The IMARC Group attributed accelerating demand in part to greater utilization of AI algorithms for personalized shopping recommendations based on user behavior. Such developments have increased interest in practical AI applications for retail operations.
MAGNiTT figures show Saudi Arabia attracted $162 million across 47 startup funding deals in the first quarter of 2026, accounting for 41 percent of all venture transactions in the MENA region. The Revora investment forms part of continued activity in AI solutions aimed at measurable improvements in commerce. Regional funds and international investors participated in the round.
Revora said it will prioritize scaling its presence among Saudi merchants while advancing product features for its AI platform. The company indicated that its tools address needs for unified systems that handle multiple retail processes efficiently. Expansion plans center on the kingdom’s growing digital retail sector.
