Asnan Tower’s dental guidance and Becurious Preschool’s hands-on activities show how the exhibition connected families with services for their children’s early years.
For parents exploring services for young children, an exhibition can offer something a brochure cannot: a conversation with a specialist or the chance to watch a child try an activity. At Kuwait’s Mama + Baby Expo, Asnan Tower and Becurious Preschool provided those two different experiences.
The event ran from 24 to 26 September at The Arena, 360 Mall. Its scope extended across family health, child development, education and play, according to the expo’s official website. Within that mix, exhibitors introduced their services through both discussion and participation.
Asnan Tower’s stand brought dental specialists into contact with parents, alongside offers for children. Becurious Preschool created a space where children could explore through play. Together, they illustrated how the exhibition accommodated decisions that involve both parents’ questions and children’s experiences.
A chance to ask about dental development
Asnan Tower’s participation covered pediatric dental health, jaw development and early structural care. Orthodontic Consultant Dr. Amna Al Mutawa was among the specialists offering guidance to parents.
The children’s offers formed one part of the stand’s presence. The other was an opportunity to discuss developing teeth and jaws with professionals working in the field. For families exploring dental services, that brought specific areas of care into the conversation alongside the available offers.
This gave Asnan Tower a role beyond displaying its services. Its specialists were part of the interaction with visitors, allowing parents to raise the subjects relevant to their children.
Bringing a preschool activity onto the exhibition floor
Becurious Preschool introduced its activities through hands-on participation. In the preschool’s footage from the expo, a child used a scoop and moulds in a sand area, with colourful play equipment within reach.
The activity made part of the preschool experience visible to visiting families. Children could engage with the materials themselves while parents observed the setting.
That differed from the conversations taking place at a healthcare stand, but it addressed another aspect of the same stage of family life. Parents were exploring care and education, while children had an opportunity to participate in the visit.
Support from pregnancy through the early years
The wider exhibition also addressed the needs of expectant parents and families with newborns. Royale Hayat’s speaker programme covered pregnancy nutrition, newborn care, oral health and maternal wellbeing, according to News Kuwait.
Those subjects placed the children’s dental guidance and preschool activities within a broader programme. A family preparing for a new baby could encounter different services from one exploring options for an older child, while both attended the same event.
For the participating providers, the exhibition offered several ways to introduce their work. Some explained it through specialist talks, others through individual conversations or practical activities. For visiting families, those encounters made the services on display more tangible: someone to ask, an activity to observe and a clearer subject to explore further.
