The proposals, which state officials announced following the chief minister’s return, centre on two primary investors whose projects together account for the full amount reported. Rana Holdings Limited expressed interest in initiatives valued at Rs 35,200 crore that encompass a 2,000-megawatt solar portfolio, a 200-megawatt green hydrogen facility, a 50-megawatt AI and computing data centre expandable to 200 megawatts, a 30,000-tonne annual critical minerals recovery complex and an integrated smart manufacturing hub. Officials accompanying Yadav on the trip indicated these developments would advance the state’s goals in renewable energy transition, digital infrastructure and high-technology manufacturing.

A second commitment came from NIDI Services DMCC and SCNELL for a sovereign AI factory project initially sized at 50 megawatts with potential expansion beyond 100 megawatts, carrying an estimated value of Rs 18,000 crore, according to the state government briefing. The discussions during the three-day visit also touched on logistics development, with DP World examining the creation of a multimodal hub at Pawarkheda to connect local producers and enterprises to national and international markets. Sharaf Group separately considered establishment of a rail-siding logistics park projected to generate between 300 and 600 jobs once operational.

Yadav held additional meetings with representatives from GEMS Education, PureHealth, BEEAH Group, Choithrams, Crescent Group and VFS Global to explore opportunities in international schooling, healthcare, waste-to-energy solutions, retail expansion, hospitality and visa services, a government statement noted. The chief minister used the platform to invite participants to the Global Investors Summit scheduled for Bhopal in January 2027, an event that builds on earlier editions which drew record commitments. UAE authorities indicated a high-level delegation would travel to Madhya Pradesh to assess prospects in tourism, hospitality and enhanced air connectivity.

Madhya Pradesh has accumulated investment proposals worth more than Rs 34 lakh crore over the past two and a half years, with over 30 per cent of those projects already implemented or grounded, according to state government figures. This latest round from the UAE visit adds momentum to ongoing reforms that include elimination of redundant regulations, reduction of land acquisition timelines and introduction of targeted industrial policies across 24 sectors. The state has positioned itself as a manufacturing and technology bridge linking global capital to regional supply chains and consumer markets.

The outreach concluded with the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation receiving the Winner Asia honour at the AIM Investment Awards for its record in attracting foreign direct investment, generating employment and promoting sustainable development, officials reported. Yadav also engaged senior UAE officials, including the Minister of Foreign Trade, on broader collaboration in urban development, food processing and media sectors during stops that extended to Sharjah. These conversations underscored the state’s surplus power capacity, available industrial land and labour incentives as key attractions for long-term partners.

Preparations for the 2027 summit have included similar investor roadshows in multiple countries, with a focus on technology-intensive industries such as semiconductors, renewables and data centres, a state assessment found. Chief Minister Yadav has repeatedly highlighted the role of such international engagements in elevating Madhya Pradesh’s global profile while supporting domestic goals of job creation and balanced regional growth across its districts.
