VinFast detailed in a statement released through its investor relations newsroom that the partnership with the Philippine automotive logistics specialist will see Bespoke Logistics manage warehousing, vehicle inspections, technical preparations, yard operations and transportation for the electric motorcycles. The 20,000-square-meter facility in Carmona City, Cavite Province offers capacity for up to 30,000 vehicles and will also function as an authorized VinFast service workshop. This infrastructure is designed to maintain consistent product standards while accelerating the timeline from arrival to customer delivery as the company grows its local footprint. The agreement additionally covers joint implementation of technician training and certification programs along with the transfer of standardized quality control procedures and the setup of a dedicated parts supply system for aftersales support.

Bespoke Logistics brings established capabilities in end-to-end automotive logistics, including pre-delivery inspection, modern inventory management and technical operations that have supported multiple brands across the Philippines. VinFast said the collaboration will help lay a foundation for its broader electric motorcycle ecosystem, which includes battery-swapping models and expanding distribution and service networks. The company has pursued similar alliances with local partners such as Green GSM and V-Green to advance sustainable mobility options in the market.

In the statement, VinFast Deputy CEO of Global Aftersales Service Bui Viet Hung said, “At VinFast, world-class products must be supported by robust infrastructure and exceptional aftersales services. Our partnership with Bespoke Logistics is a key milestone in strengthening our distribution and aftersales capabilities in line with global standards, ensuring that customers in the Philippines enjoy high quality products and services from day one of ownership.” Bespoke Logistics President and CEO Allan A. Mina stated, “We are proud to partner with VinFast as it develops its electric motorcycle ecosystem in the Philippines. We are committed to operating the facility in accordance with VinFast’s international standards while continuously enhancing our team’s capabilities and operational processes to support the brand’s long-term growth in the market.” CEO of VinFast Electric Motorcycles Philippines Irineo Niño Fabros also attended the signing ceremony with Mina.

The initiative forms part of VinFast’s ongoing expansion in the Philippines, where the company has previously signed agreements with 14 e-scooter dealers to build a nationwide network and partnered with entities including V-Green and Green GSM Philippines plus BDO Unibank to promote e-mobility. VinFast, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker VFS as a subsidiary of Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup, is extending its portfolio beyond electric motorcycles to include cars, bicycles and buses in multiple international markets. The latest logistics tie-up aligns with the manufacturer’s focus on North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia for both production scaling and dealership growth.

Fortune Business Insights data shows the global electric motorcycle market is projected to rise from 64.97 billion USD in 2026 to 302.51 billion USD by 2034 at a compound annual growth rate of 21.2 percent. A Statista assessment of the Philippines motorcycles sector indicates rising demand for electric models, supported by government policies that encourage renewable energy and sustainable transportation alternatives. These trends have prompted manufacturers to invest in localized service and logistics infrastructure to meet evolving consumer expectations.

Bespoke Logistics operates a Mobility Processing Center platform that delivers integrated solutions for automotive manufacturers and emerging mobility brands entering the Philippine market. The partnership with VinFast will leverage this platform to address preparation bottlenecks and ensure compliance with international service benchmarks. VinFast added that such local collaborations accelerate the transition to greener transport options while reinforcing customer confidence through reliable delivery and maintenance networks.
