SNP SE announced the collaboration in a statement issued on its website during its Transformation World event in Heidelberg, Germany. The partnership focuses on combining SNP’s expertise in SAP data migration with Palantir’s artificial intelligence and data platforms to address mission-critical challenges across various SAP projects. The first resulting product, Test Data Proposal, automates the selection of relevant test data for customer scenarios that had previously required extensive manual effort. This AI-driven capability is designed to reduce time and resource demands while expanding SNP’s established Kyano platform.

The two companies are additionally working on large-scale transitions to SAP Cloud ERP environments where clients aim to compress modernization timelines. SNP contributes decades of hands-on experience in managing complex SAP landscapes while Palantir supplies its Ontology and Artificial Intelligence Platform to enable secure, efficient outcomes. Both parties said the alignment allows for predictable results that maintain compliance and auditability throughout the process.

“Organizations are looking for new ways to increase speed, efficiency, and quality in large-scale SAP transformations,” said Jens Amail, CEO of SNP. “We are hugely excited to collaborate with Palantir, a company that has leveraged AI to revolutionize and accelerate the way enterprises modernize mission-critical systems and automate operations. Together, we will deliver secure outcomes and new solutions to customers and partners.”

Sameer Kirtane, Head of US Commercial at Palantir, noted the progress already achieved in accelerating SAP migrations. “We have seen exceptional momentum accelerating SAP migrations for customers, and helping them do so via the Ontology and AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) in a way that significantly compresses the timeline and delivers operational value along the way,” Kirtane said. “SNP over the last 30 years has built an impressive track record of delivering predictable, compliant and auditable outcomes in thousands of successful engagements. We are proud to partner with SNP to fundamentally rethink how customers transform their SAP landscapes.”

The initiative builds on SNP’s global footprint of more than 3,000 customers and 15,000 completed SAP transformation projects, the company said in its July 8, 2026 announcement. SNP SE, headquartered in Heidelberg, employed more than 1,600 people across 22 countries and recorded revenue of roughly 297 million euros in fiscal 2025. The partnership announcement also referenced ongoing demonstrations at the Transformation World event of additional AI enhancements to the Kyano platform.

This latest tie-up arrives several months after SAP and Palantir expanded their separate collaboration in May 2026 to focus on AI-supported data migration tooling for cloud ERP transitions, according to an SAP news center release. The SAP S/4HANA application market is projected to grow from 24.68 billion dollars in 2026 to 53.36 billion dollars by 2034 at a compound annual growth rate of 10.12 percent, Straits Research figures show. A broader SAP market assessment placed its value at 46.18 billion dollars in 2024 with an expected rise to 92.62 billion dollars by 2033, reflecting an 8.4 percent CAGR amid rising demand for AI integration in enterprise systems.
