Artificial intelligence is playing a larger role in personal finance management tools as of July 2026. Platforms now offer capabilities to automatically monitor spending, optimise debt and execute money transfers on behalf of users. Numi is one such platform that connects to users’ banks and cards to manage their full financial life autonomously, the company said on its website.
The Dubai-based firm, which is incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre and operates from the Dubai AI Campus, was built by experts from established financial institutions, according to its LinkedIn company page. Numi describes its service as one that acts rather than simply advising on financial matters. Users activate the system with a single connection after which it handles optimisation and transactions.
Data from the digital finance sector provides context for these tools. Stablecoins accounted for 75 percent of all crypto trading volume in the first quarter of 2026, the highest share on record, while total stablecoin transaction volume surpassed $28 trillion in that period. A report published by CEX.IO detailed the figures.
The total stablecoin market cap reached approximately $315 billion as of March 31, 2026, reflecting a 53 percent increase from early 2025, according to a Fidelity analysis. Coinbase institutional research has projected that the total stablecoin market cap could reach a target range centered around $1.2 trillion by the end of 2028. These numbers illustrate expansion into payments, remittances and payroll applications.
An a16z crypto post from May 2026 outlined trends including improved onramps for stablecoins, greater bank involvement in payments and increased origination of such assets. The analysis pointed to stablecoins’ transaction volume last year exceeding that of PayPal by more than 20 times. Numi’s AI assistant, which optimises across banking, savings, debt and foreign exchange, operates in this environment.
Galaxy Digital’s December 2025 predictions anticipated that stablecoins would overtake ACH in transaction volume during 2026 while decentralized exchanges would capture more than 25 percent of combined spot trading volume by year-end. The forecasts highlighted structural shifts favoring onchain activity. Such developments coincide with the rollout of proactive AI finance platforms like Numi.
The personal finance automation sector continues to attract participants as the volume and complexity of digital financial instruments increase. Numi’s model focuses on independent execution of financial tasks following initial bank connections, the company stated in its online materials. Its operations are based at the Dubai AI Campus in line with regional efforts to advance fintech innovation.
