Green Investment announced this week that it has attracted six new projects to its B almetr fractional real estate ownership platform. The company also revealed plans to open an office in Kuwait in the near future as part of its regional expansion. The developments build on the platform’s launch last year that focused on making real estate investment accessible through small share purchases.
The B almetr platform, launched in July 2025, allows clients to purchase as little as one square meter in ready-to-deliver properties with immediate rental returns, according to reports from Egyptian business publications at the time. Investment opportunities start from 500,000 Egyptian pounds with potential rental yields of up to 30 percent. The first project featured commercial units in the New Administrative Capital with active lease contracts.
Chief executive Abdel Rahman Baghdadi said at the time of launch that the platform represents a qualitative leap in participatory real estate investment. He noted that it enables individuals to invest in completed units without the need to buy an entire property. Baghdadi added that the model provides real ownership and genuine lease contracts that deliver income from the first day.
In October 2025 the company introduced the “Real Estate Association” system through the same platform, permitting monthly installments from as low as 1,000 Egyptian pounds, Green Investment said in subsequent statements. This system lets participants become partners in delivered real estate units and receive investment returns immediately upon contracting. The approach aims to support clients with varying purchasing powers and stimulate activity in the Egyptian real estate market.
The addition of six new projects indicates rising momentum for the platform more than a year after its debut, according to the company’s latest update. Green Investment, which was established in 2018 with Egyptian-Saudi backing, has positioned B almetr as a transparent and governed investment vehicle compliant with Egyptian law. The Kuwait office is expected to facilitate access for Gulf-based investors seeking exposure to Egyptian real estate.
The company has submitted necessary documentation to Egyptian regulatory bodies including the Financial Regulatory Authority during the platform’s development, Green Investment said. All projects on B almetr involve existing structures rather than off-plan developments to minimize risk for investors. Further information on the specific nature of the six new projects was not immediately available.
