The largest proposal came from Rana Holdings Limited, which expressed interest in projects that could attract around Rs 35,200 crore, a state government release said. These include a 2,000-MW solar energy portfolio, a 200-MW green hydrogen plant, an AI and compute data centre starting at 50 MW and expandable to 200 MW, a 30,000-MTPA critical minerals recovery and recycling complex, and an integrated smart manufacturing hub. The commitments would support the state’s shift toward cleaner energy sources while strengthening its capabilities in digital infrastructure and advanced production.

A second company, identified as NIDI Services DMCC or SCNELL, presented plans for an industrial-scale AI compute campus and Sovereign AI Factory with an investment of nearly Rs 18,000 crore, the release stated. The initial phase would establish a 50-MW AI factory with potential expansion beyond 100 MW. Such projects align with growing demand for high-tech facilities that can drive innovation across multiple economic sectors.

Yadav held separate meetings with representatives from GEMS Education, Crescent Group, PureHealth, Sharaf Group, Choithrams, DP World, KGK Group, Vistas Media Capital and VFS Global during the visit, officials reported. Discussions spanned healthcare, education, logistics, tourism, gems and jewellery, and digital content creation. These engagements formed part of a wider effort to broaden cooperation beyond the headline proposals in urban development and related areas.

The chief minister noted that Madhya Pradesh has drawn investment proposals exceeding Rs 34 lakh crore over the past two-and-a-half years, with more than 30 per cent of those projects already moving toward implementation, according to the state government release. This latest addition from the UAE visit builds on earlier international tours that produced commitments in infrastructure, food processing and renewable energy. An Economic Times assessment of state-level outreach found Madhya Pradesh among those offering customised incentives to accelerate large-scale projects from Gulf partners.

Yadav invited the UAE business leaders to the Global Investors Summit scheduled for January 2027 in Bhopal, the release said. He emphasised that the state would provide support at every level to turn proposals into operational facilities. A joint Madhya Pradesh-UAE Investment Round Table will identify five to 10 ready projects and establish a review mechanism with the first progress check scheduled within three months, the Times of India reported.

The proposals reflect sustained momentum from the AIM Congress 2026, where Yadav addressed investors on opportunities in renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, textiles and logistics, officials added. Previous state visits to the UAE and other markets had secured commitments that contributed to the overall pipeline, with land already allotted for projects valued at around Rs 2.67 lakh crore from the most recent Global Investors Summit. The chief minister’s delegation focused on converting discussions into tangible outcomes through dedicated nodal officers for each shortlisted initiative.
