LVX, a Sebi-regulated private markets platform, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dubai-based startup incubator Nqbator to establish a cross-border bridge for startups and capital between India and the UAE, according to a report published by the Times of India. The partnership will introduce the LVX Corridor, a two-way initiative designed to support Indian startups entering the Gulf market while enabling UAE-based founders to explore opportunities in India. The non-binding agreement outlines collaboration on mentorship and advisory programmes, joint events, demo days and direct introductions to ecosystem partners in both countries. The Times of India report noted that the effort prioritises sectors including digital commerce, retail technology, logistics, supply chain and the circular economy, where both markets show strong growth potential.

Under the pact, participating startups will receive mentorship, corporate pilot opportunities and investor-readiness support, with those attracting interest eligible for investment of up to $1 million, the platform stated in the announcement covered by the newspaper. LVX indicated that the corridor will first assist Indian companies with regulatory navigation in the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market, providing a foundation for broader expansion across the Gulf Cooperation Council. The initiative arrives as bilateral ties deepen, with Dubai Chamber of Commerce data showing that non-oil trade between Dubai and India rose 35 percent between 2022 and 2025 to reach AED 222.5 billion. Indian foreign direct investment into Dubai totalled $2.28 billion across 337 projects in 2025 alone, the chamber’s figures show, reflecting increased interest in technology and innovation collaboration.

The LVX Corridor will be implemented in phases over 24 months, beginning with ecosystem entry and regulatory groundwork in the initial six months, according to details shared in the announcement. The platform expects to facilitate the first syndicated deals involving UAE high-net-worth individuals and family offices by the 12th month, followed by the creation of a more institutionalised cross-border deal marketplace by the end of the second year. This structured rollout aligns with broader India-UAE efforts to expand cooperation beyond traditional trade, as evidenced by the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement that has driven record bilateral commerce since its implementation in 2022.

LVX, which rebranded from Let’sVenture in 2025 to become a full-stack startup platform offering capital, compliance and governance services, positions the corridor as an extension of its role in India’s maturing startup environment. The company has emphasised that the partnership will help address gaps in cross-border expansion, such as regulatory navigation and investor access, for founders in both jurisdictions. Public statements from UAE officials have repeatedly highlighted the emirate’s ambition to become a global hub for deep technology and innovation, with Indian companies forming a growing share of new registrations in Dubai.

The agreement forms part of a wider pattern of deepening financial and technology ties between the two countries, where cumulative UAE investment commitments to India have exceeded $20 billion in recent years across infrastructure, energy and fintech, according to Ministry of External Affairs summaries. Indian companies numbered more than 85,000 active members in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce by mid-2026, a 15 percent increase year-on-year, the chamber’s membership data shows. The LVX-Nqbator partnership is expected to channel private market capital toward scalable solutions in logistics and circular economy segments that support both nations’ sustainability and supply-chain resilience goals.
